TallyRate is an insurance comparison platform operated by Deluge Limited that connects consumers with licensed insurance carriers and agents. We are not an insurance company and do not provide, sell, or underwrite insurance policies. We operate as a lead generation service. By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by one or more licensed insurance professionals regarding your inquiry.
3. User Obligations
By using the Service, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful
- You are the person whose information you are submitting (or authorized to act on their behalf)
- You understand that submitting your information may result in being contacted by insurance carriers and agents
4. TCPA Consent to Contact
By submitting your information and checking the consent checkbox, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by phone by Deluge Limited, its affiliates, and licensed insurance partners at the phone number provided, including via automated telephone dialing systems and pre-recorded messages, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard phone charges may apply. To opt out of future calls, contact us at contact@delugelimited.com to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.
5. Data Usage
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://tallyrate.com/privacy.
6. No Guarantee of Savings
While we strive to connect you with competitive insurance quotes, we do not guarantee any specific savings amount. Actual rates depend on your individual circumstances as determined by insurance carriers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Deluge Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from insurance decisions made based on quotes obtained through the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
